L’agente: “Touré resta al City”. Ma l’Inter tira dritto

RedazioneColpo di scena nella trattativa per Yaya Touré. L’agente del centrocampista ivoriano, Dimitri Seluk, ai microfoni di Sky Sports si è espresso così sul futuro del suo assistito: “Yaya ha ricevuto offerte dall’Inter e altri importanti club, ma il Manchester City ha dichiarato il giocatore troppo importante per lasciarlo partire e resterà. Il giocatore non ha assolutamente spinto per migliorare il suo attuale contratto”, sono le sorprendenti parole del procuratore del mediano, dopo che per mesi l’entourage del Pallone d’Oro africano aveva dato molteplici segnali sul suo imminente addio.
In verità la trattativa è apertissima: l’Inter ha trovato da tempo l’accordo con Touré (ingaggio spalmato in cinque anni) e non se lo farà scappare facilmente, considerato che Mancini lo considera essenziale per la rinascita nerazzurra. L’ostacolo resta la volontà del City, che non vuole cederlo per meno di 20 milioni di euro. Le dichiarazioni di Seluk sono probabilmente un messaggio cifrato che la dirigenza dei Citizens manda ad Ausilio: “Non si fanno sconti”.
