Inter, Branca rivela: “Castillo grande talento, ci interessa”

Diego Milito non dà più garanzie dal punto di vista fisico, Palacio non è più un ragazzino e i baby Icardi e Belfodil non stanno convincendo del tutto. Perciò Marco Branca è alla ricerca di una punta giovane ma in grado di sostituire il Principe.
L’identikit risponde al nome di Nicolas Ignacio Castillo Mora, un classe 1993, cileno, centravanti baby ma già smaliziato dell’Universidad Catolica. L’Inter aveva già cercato il giocatore cinque mesi fa, come conferma l’agente di Castillo Jorge Vargas. Lo stesso Marco Branca, direttore tecnico dell’Inter, gioca a carte scoperte e ammette l’interesse per il cileno ai microfoni di El Mercurio: “Castillo? Certo che lo conosciamo, è uno dei nuovi grandi talenti del calcio cileno. È un giocatore molto interessante, un vero bomber. Però devo anche precisare che in questo momento, quando mancano due mesi alla riapertura del mercato, le nostre operazioni sono congelate“.
Castillo in Cile è soprannominato “El Zlatan“, nome che fa riaffiorare piacevoli ricordi tra i tifosi nerazzurri.
