Al Mondiale per club si alla tecnologia contro il gol fantasma

RedazioneDomani inizierà la prima sfida del Mondiale per club che vedrà impegnate l’Aukland city contro il Sanfrecce Hiroshima. Il segretario della FIFA Jerome Valcke ha annunciato l’introduzione del GoalRef, tecnologia che permetterà di abbassare i dubbi sul famigerato gol fantasma.
Questo sistema che in realtà è doppio, uno frutta un campo magnetico montato sulla porta e l’altro utilizza un sistema di telecamere. Volcke ha aggiunto che uno dei due sistemi verrà utilizzato anche in Confederation cup.
Naturalmente, l’ultima parola per decretare un gol spetterà all’arbitro, cosi come domani sarà proprio la terna arbitrale a decidere su utilizzare il sistema, la FIFA ha deciso di lasciare questa libertà ai commissari di gara che potranno decidere partita per partita.
Si tratta effettivamente di una rivoluzione che alla lunga permetterà di cancellare definitivamente il problema del gol fantasma, l’unico limite reale al momento è il costo dei sistemi.
